AI Resume Analyzer works in two stages: extraction, then comparison. First it reads your uploaded resume (PDF or DOC) and structures it into experience, education, technical skills, certifications, licenses, and — where relevant — physical requirements or safety training, regardless of industry. This is context-based reading rather than keyword scanning, so it can tell an actual certification from a resume section that merely mentions the word.

When you add a job description, job title, or target industry, the AI compares your structured profile against those real requirements and produces a numeric match score alongside a gap analysis: missing skills, weak or vague claims, and red flags that could get an application rejected before a human ever reads it. Each finding is explained in plain terms so you know which ones actually matter.

For every gap it identifies, the AI generates a concrete rewrite example in the language recruiters expect, rather than generic advice like "add more keywords." The full analysis — scores, tables, and rewrite suggestions — is available as a downloadable PDF report, and uploaded files are processed only for this analysis and removed afterward.
